FAQ's

Our standard opening hours are from 8:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer an Early Club starting at 7:30am, which is available for an additional charge.

For children under 2 years, half-day sessions are charged at £58.80 and full-day sessions at £100.60.

For children over 3 years, half-day sessions are £57.00 and full-day sessions are £94.70.

Yes, we offer government-funded places for children aged 9 months, 2 years, and 3 to 4 years, subject to eligibility.

Yes, we currently have a waiting list across all age groups. We encourage early registration to increase the chances of securing a place.

We offer a term-time only option for children over 3 years, but we do not offer a specific 9am to 3pm session.

Yes, we do charge an enrichment fee to help cover the cost of meals, activities, and additional resources:

For 3-year-olds, the fee is £18.15 per funded session, £36.30 per week for stretched funding, and £49.50 per week for term-time only.

For 2-year-olds, the enrichment fee is £10.00 per funded session.

Yes, we offer discounts for families who are Farm Members, NHS, Emergency Services, Military, as well as a Sibling Discount and a Full-Time Place Discount. Please note that only one discount can be applied per family.

Yes, we ask that children attend a minimum of two sessions per week to help them settle and get the most from their time with us.

We’re unable to offer session swaps. However, you are welcome to book additional sessions, subject to availability.

Yes, we require a £150 deposit to secure your child’s place.

This includes a £50 non-refundable admin fee, with the remaining £100 deducted from your first invoice.
